Welcome to WonderFun Land. These Terms of Service govern your visit to our magical amusement park and use of our website. By entering our park or accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing tickets, entering WonderFun Land, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not visit our park or use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, guests, users of our website, and any other individuals accessing our facilities or services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
2. Park Entry and Admission
Entry to WonderFun Land requires a valid ticket or admission pass. All tickets are subject to availability and may be limited during peak periods. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the park for any reason, including but not limited to violation of park rules, unsafe behavior, or conduct that may endanger other guests. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Special admission requirements may apply to certain attractions based on height, age, health conditions, or other safety considerations. Guests must comply with all posted restrictions and instructions from park staff.
3. Safety and Conduct Rules
Your safety is our highest priority. All guests must follow safety instructions provided by park staff and posted signage throughout the facility. Guests must observe all height, age, and health restrictions for rides and attractions.
Prohibited behaviors include but are not limited to: running in designated no-running zones, climbing on structures not designed for climbing, smoking in non-designated areas, bringing outside food or beverages (except for special dietary needs), bringing weapons or dangerous items, and engaging in disruptive or inappropriate conduct.
Guests must supervise their children at all times and ensure they follow all park rules. Parents or guardians are responsible for their children's behavior and safety throughout their visit to WonderFun Land.
4. Assumption of Risk
While WonderFun Land maintains the highest safety standards and regularly inspects all attractions, participation in amusement park activities involves inherent risks. By entering the park, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Guests with medical conditions, including but not limited to heart conditions, back or neck problems, pregnancy, or any condition that may be affected by sudden movements or changes in elevation, should consult attraction warnings and their healthcare provider before participating.
WonderFun Land is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow posted warnings, instructions from staff, or participation in activities against medical advice. All attractions are used at the guest's own risk within the bounds of applicable law.
5. Photography and Media
By entering WonderFun Land, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by our park cameras and media teams. These images and recordings may be used for promotional, marketing, security, and operational purposes without compensation.
Guests are welcome to take personal photographs and videos for private use. However, commercial photography, videography, or the use of professional equipment (including drones) requires prior written permission from park management.
6. Lost and Found Items
WonderFun Land is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. We operate a lost and found service as a courtesy to our guests, but we cannot guarantee the recovery of lost items.
Guests are encouraged to secure personal belongings before boarding attractions. Items left unsecured may be lost during the ride experience. Valuables should be left in secure lockers when available.
7. Website Use and Intellectual Property
All content on the WonderFun Land website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of WonderFun Land or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
The WonderFun Land name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of WonderFun Land. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which should be read in conjunction with these Terms of Service. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications and Cancellations
WonderFun Land reserves the right to modify park operating hours, close attractions for maintenance, or cancel events due to weather, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify guests of significant changes in advance.
In the event of park closure or significant service interruptions, we will work with affected guests to provide appropriate remedies in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include rescheduling or alternative arrangements.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WonderFun Land's liability for any claims arising from your visit or use of our services is limited to the amount paid for admission or the service in question.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Australian law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
